If any item you purchase proves to be faulty during the warranty period (12 months from purchase) and you want to have a replacement, please contact us by telephone 01420 550022 or email for return instructions.

If in the UK, we'll refund your postage costs or arrange for a carrier to collect. If outside of the UK, carriage costs to return the goods will be met by the customer. All our products come with a normal 12 month guarantee and we pride ourselves on the reliability and quality of our service and products. If goods are faulty a full replacement or refund will be offered.
